Sometimes we look back at the opportunities we’ve been given. We get to reflect on an unforeseen amount of gratefulness that the universe coerced us into with these crazy ideas in life and now we think, how was life ever life without these adventures? I know for my friend Winter and I, life changed rapidly and we had to not only hold on tight, but also try to figure out what was actually happening if we wanted to make our dreams a reality!
Flash back to four years ago. Winter and I, just good friends at the time and teachers at our local studio had the amazing (and terrifying) opportunity to take over and own our local studio aka our happy place aka Barre-Up Raleigh. I won’t go too deep here because Winter did such an amazing job expressing our feelings, challenging days, and true joy that we have now. We had the challenge of not only learning a new business, becoming first time business owners, learning how we worked together and also learning a LOT (sometimes not always pretty) about ourselves as well. To say it’s been a journey is an understatement, but we are proudly here and even more powerful, proudly here together. We are beyond grateful, happy and now don’t know how life could be life without our wonderful studio.
